Dimitra Villa - 2 Bedroom Villa
Panormos Villas consists of two wonderful independent homes, Iasion and Dimitra Villa. Both are stone-built, are spread upon two levels and measure 120 sq.m. each.
Dimitra Villa features two bedrooms as well and can accommodate 4 guests (6 if required) in its spacious interior. Entering the villa from its main entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find themselves in the open-plan living room, combined with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is equipped with two sofas and a 42” satellite HDTV, and its veranda has access to the swimming poo and the tended garden. The kitchen features all appliances and amenities one may need for a self-catered holiday, as well as an indoor dining table. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.
The first floor can be reached through a staircase. There, the guests will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool function. Both bedrooms feature a king-sized bed (divisible to two single beds if you wish) and a 32” HDTV. The master bedroom has access to a private furnished veranda with a relaxing view of the surrounding area.
Stepping outside, the guests will see the spectacular, 25 sq.m. swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, parasols and a fenced area. Additionally, the pool is equipped with whirlpool function, and can be heated with a surcharge.
